Under Medicare’s non-directive pregnancy counselling items, we provide psychological support for any pregnancy related concerns. This includes support regarding pregnancy options including adoption and termination.
We provide cognitive and diagnostic assessment for a range of presentations, including: Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, and learning difficulties (included Specific Learning Disorders). We can also provide tailored recommendations and reports to support School Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments (AARA) request. We can provide these assessments for clients aged 6 and above.

Rebates from Private Health funds vary, so it is important you enquire with your health fund to determine what rebates apply for you. Services provided by a Provisional Psychologist are not eligible for Medicare or Private Health rebates.
Depending on the reason for assessment, clients aged 25 years and younger may be eligible for a rebate under the Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Eligible Disabilities Scheme. A referral must be obtained from your Paediatrician or Psychiatrist (for assessment of Autism) or from your GP (for an assessment of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) in order to be eligible for a rebate.

This 6 week program is for adults who are looking to learn practical strategies to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and ways to manage worry and negative thinking. Sessions are held weekly for 2 hrs, and a followup session is held one month after program completion. The program is limited to a maximum of 6-8 participants.

Cost: $700 - payable upfront or by instalments. Please note, if you are not a current client we require you to attend an initial session with one of our psychologists to ensure this program is the right fit for you. This session is $130 (no rebate available).
Rebates: Medicare rebates are available for the group sessions with a valid GP referral.

Costs of assessments vary depending on a range of factors, including the assessment measures required and the number of sessions.
For adults seeking an ADHD assessment and not requiring a comprehensive report, we do offer a brief assessment option.
